1. Services Offered

Homely Interior Ltd. provides interior design, consultation, custom furniture design, and related home improvement services. All services are subject to availability and client requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse service, modify offerings, or make changes to our processes without prior notice.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and specifications for their projects

  • Respond promptly to communication for the smooth progress of the project

  • Make timely payments as per the agreed terms

  • Grant access to the property (if required) for site visits, installation, or delivery

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays or cancellation of services.

3. Payments and Pricing

All prices are quoted based on the scope of work and materials selected. A project quotation or invoice will be provided prior to commencement.

  • A deposit may be required to initiate design or production work

  • Full payment must be made as per the agreed schedule

  • Delayed payments may incur additional charges or suspension of work

Prices listed on the website (if any) are indicative and subject to change without notice.

4. Design Ownership and Usage

All custom designs, drawings, and 3D visuals created by Homely Interior Ltd. remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed.

Clients may not reproduce, redistribute, or modify our designs without written permission.

5. Revisions and Modifications

We offer a limited number of revisions for design proposals, as agreed in the contract. Any additional changes outside the agreed scope may result in extra charges and extended timelines.

Modifications requested after final approval may not always be feasible, especially once production or installation has begun.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Any deposit paid is non-refundable if work has already begun. For partial cancellations, refunds (if any) will be considered based on the stage of completion and incurred expenses.

Custom-made items and design services are non-refundable once confirmed and in progress.

7. Warranty and Liability

We strive for quality in all our work and materials. Some items may come with a manufacturer’s warranty — please refer to product-specific documentation.

Homely Interior Ltd. is not liable for:

  • Damage caused by misuse or neglect after delivery

  • Delays caused by third-party suppliers, natural events, or client-side delays

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to natural material differences

8. Website Use

All content on this website, including images, text, and design concepts, is the property of Homely Interior Ltd. and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh Govt.. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the local courts.
